The JLC strategy of grouping a high concentration of varying lease spaces within a compressed geographic area has led us to unprecedented success in urban redevelopment. Historically, we have achieved a consistent 93% or better occupancy rate for approximately 2 million square feet of owned property.

Our urban re-development accomplishments date back to 1983, when we purchased, renovated and leased 200,000 square feet of quasi-retail buildings in the North Oak Cliff area. Later, JLC was instrumental in the formation of the Bishop Arts District, in which we still maintain an investment today.
