After a successful career with IBM, Jim entered the real estate business and in 1964 he formed Jim Lake Companies and built the first office/warehouse in Plano. Over the years he developed over 2,000,000 square feet of office and office/warehouse space in Dallas. Jim had a generous heart and an incredible work ethic, and his greatest joy was giving back to his community, such as a Founding member of the Dallas Aboretum and Chairman of the Dallas County Appraisal District. Jim received an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree in 1998 from Northwood University in recognition of his outstanding service to Dallas. As President of the Dallas Parks Foundation, he partnered with Trammell Crow to conceive and develop city property into Pioneer Plaza, the internationally acclaimed largest outdoor bronze sculpture in the U.S. In 2005 he was inducted to the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors “Hall of Fame.”
JimJim Lake, Jr. — CEO/Partner
After graduating from Baylor University in 1981 with a BBA in Real Estate, Jim began his career that same year as a general broker with the Swearingen Co. In 1985, he left Swearingen and entered the development business at Jim Lake Companies. After weathering the commercial real estate recession of the late 1980’s, he co- founded Jim Lake, Inc. Realtors in 1991, and later formed Jim Lake Partners, LLC to focus on acquisitions of existing buildings and specialize in adaptive urban redevelopment. While Jim was coaching over 40 little league teams for his children, he found time to serve on the University Park Board of Adjustment for 9 years and began serving on the Steering Committee for the Davis Land Use Study for North Oak Cliff in 2008. In 2009, he began serving as a board member for the Stemmons Corridor Business Association and actively volunteers for varied ministries through Park Cities Baptist Church.
MikeB.H. Morgan, Jr. (Mike) — Partner
Mike holds a B.B.A in Real Estate and Marketing from Southern Methodist University and has over 45 years of experience in construction, leasing, management and development exceeding over 8 million square feet. Mike not only co-founded Jim Lake Company in 1976, he also co-founded Jim Lake, Inc. Realtors and is President of Lake-Morgan Construction Company and Jim Lake Management Company, Inc. In addition to his leadership within Jim Lake Companies, Mike served on the Commission to rezone the Dallas Design District (PD-621), the Trinity Trail Board, Dallas Design and Arts District Board and Trinity Commons Foundation Board. He is also Chairman of the Dallas Design District TIF Board. Prior to his real estate venture, Mike served in the United States Air Force with the 136th Air Refueling Wing Headquarters. He has also served as President of other boards such as the Dallas Charity Horse Show, Flame Soccer Club, and is active in his Church.
AbdielAbdiel Ruiz — Vice President, Finance
Abdiel Ruiz joined Jim Lake Companies in August of 2009 and is currently performing as the Vice President of Finance.  His focus is monitoring the financial health of the organization, as well as risk management and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. He began his career in accounting in 2000 with Thessalonica Christian Church in Bronx, New York, as the Business Administrator and was introduced to real estate accounting in 2006 while working for McGrath Management Services. Aside from work, Abdiel and his wife, Rosemary, enjoy attending various church activities, spending time with family, camping and visiting New York.
hannah1Hannah Roberts — Marketing 
Hannah Roberts joined Jim Lake Companies in October of 2014 as marketing intern. She relocated to Dallas after graduating from the University of Michigan, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design.  At Jim Lake Companies she is responsible for the marketing of JLC properties.
Mark Mark Owen — Leasing Agent
Mark Owen joined Jim Lake Companies’ brokerage team in February 2015 and specializes in project leasing, as well as landlord and tenant representation.  In fall of 2015, Mark joined Jim Lake Companies as a leasing agent. Prior to joining Jim Lake Companies, Mark worked as an associate for Lincoln Harris, CSG.  Outside of work, Mark is an active member of NTCAR Young Professionals Group.
Collin Cole — Leasing Agent
Collin Cole joined Jim Lake Companies in December of 2015. Born and raised in Dallas, Collin graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from UT-Dallas. Prior to his time with Jim Lake Companies, Collin worked in property management with Twenty Twenty Properties in Houston, and then spent 5 years with Trek Resources, an independent oil and gas production company. Outside of work, Collin enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and loves playing board games with his family.
JoAnneJoanne Alonzo-Gloria — Property Manager
With over ten years of experience in comprehensive property management as well as extensive tenant relations, Joanne has become a huge asset to Jim Lake Companies with her team building and leadership skills. She enjoys working and was a great addition to the JLC team in September 2014. She is responsible for managing approximately 8000,000 SF of the Jim Lake Companies’ portfolio including their properties in Bishop Arts District. Outside of business, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and serving her community.
AliAli Batir — Property Manager
Ali Batir worked as Property Manager at Hank Dickerson & Company for two years before joining Jim Lake Companies in March of 2015.  Here at Jim Lake Companies she is responsible for managing a 450,000 SF portfolio, including the Ambassador Hotel.  Outside of work, Ali and her husband are very involved in Watermark Community Church.
MarcyMarcy Enriquez — Senior Staff Accountant
Marcy joined Jim Lake Companies in September of 2012 and is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and long-term planning of the Accounting Department. She is originally from San Antonio and has lived in the Dallas metroplex for about 15 years. She started taking college courses at DCCCD and continued her education at The University of Texas at Dallas where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Management. She and her husband have three teenage kids, as well as a stepson who currently lives in Oklahoma City. Her schedule stays busy with her kids’ activities, but she enjoys spending as much time with the whole family as possible.
DougDouglas Molny — President/Partner – Broker Division
Douglas has been a real estate agent since 1984. He has been with Jim Lake Companies for over 20 years as a Partner and President/Co-Founder of the Brokerage Division. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in Investment, Tenant Representation, Sales and Leasing.
DickRichard Johnson — Vice President of Jim Lake, Inc. Realtors
Richard “Dick” Johnson entered the commercial real estate field in 1968 and joined Jim Lake, Inc. Realtors as Vice President in 1996. He specializes in sales and leasing of industrial properties. Throughout the years he has represented over 100 clients in the sales and leasing of over 3 million square feet of space and over 1,250 acres of land. The volume of his transactions has totaled more than 110 million dollars. Dick is a 1955 Graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. He is married with two children and is a Deacon at Park Cities Baptist Church.
MattMatt Miller — Senior Associate
Before joining Jim Lake Companies’ brokerage team in 2012, Matt Miller was a senior associate at Colliers International, specializing in tenant representation, strategic planning and consulting, transaction structure and negotiation process. A graduate of the University of Texas, Matt also worked with the Dallas Mavericks sales team, focusing on high-end sales such as long-term leases on luxury suites and platinum packages. At JLC, he specializes in both tenant and landlord representation and is an active member of the NTCAR Young Professionals Group.

Michael Rareshide — Senior Associate
Originally from Texas, Michael joined Jim Lake Realtors, Inc., in April of 2016. Previously, Michael founded his own investment group in the DFW area and worked as a musician and educator. He has been a featured artist and clinician all over the United States and Europe. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Timpani and Percussion Performance from the Royal Academy of Music, and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Texas Christian University. Michael is currently a percussionist for the Britten Pears Orchestra in Aldeburgh, England, and is a visiting professor at the Royal Academy of Music.
